Very sturdy, cuts well. Purchased to replace a much more expensive pair of kitchen scissors where the plastic handle broke. I have never had that happen before. This pair matches perfectly to my other pistachio KA items. It has been through the standard variety of kitchen duties like trimming bacon, cutting off broccoli stems and opening packages of frozen food among other things, as versatility is a must for kitchen use. Love the sleeve that came with it too.
