I am the same exact weight as I was 2 years ago (when I used a BMI scale at a nutrition store and printed off the report and kept it) and wanted to see the difference today in my body fat and bone (skeleton) as I’ve been working hard on eliminating fat food and drinking collagen and bone protein shakes for over a year and turned 50 recently. Very happy to see positive results. Connects in seconds to reading on your phone with lots of details. I’d leave the pics here but I’m writing this review on my laptop not my phone.
I’m going to compare every 6 most to make sure I’m staying on track. Hubby got on it and he was in the red zone on a few items. Son got on it and was A+ . If anything you have a very attractive extra scale. But even DR’s should use these -People would wake up real quick if they could see these details. Is it 100% accurate probably not but I’ll take 5% off. I’m glad I kept that print out of the one I had from 2 years ago.
