Easiest hard cooked eggs

This one arrived broken and was refunded. My review is based on the one we bought a few years back and were replacing. The Dash unit is worth the money and space for a one use item if you like perfectly cooked eggs, that peel like a charm, that are cooked and ready to go in six minutes, although they still need to go through the ice bath process. If you are serving deviled eggs and want the shells to practically fall off, buy this. If you soft, medium or hard cook eggs, buy this. If you have only a one time need for a couple of dozen hard cooked eggs, go ahead, buy this. Stop wasting your money buying eggs precooked. Once in a great while an egg might ooze a bit onto the cooking plate below. That’s a user error problem for not having the small hole in the egg straight up (see directions). Have a designated place to store the items that come with the Dash Unit and don’t lose them like we did. That’s my only negative. It’s on sale now. Buy one!
